Road Trip to Florida

We had a great trip to Florida last weekend! Brian did really well in the car, I was pleasantly surprised. He spent most of the trip either sleeping or reading. The portable DVD player bought us about an hour on the way down and nothing on the way back. He wasn't too interested in it. We spent most of the trip relaxing with friends and playing with their 1 year old daughter. We hit St. Augustine Beach on Saturday. Brian didn't love it, but did pretty well (only cried once). He loved being in the water and having the waves crash on him (as long as I was holding him!) He didn't like the sand on his feet and did better once we put his shoes on. Overall, it was a really fun trip. This was the first of many road trips for Brian!!!
